Essential Energy Organic Parrot Food

This bag is packed full of all sorts of nuts, grains and other little seeds. My bird enjoyed kicking through it, but she's a little budgie and a lot of the large seeds were of no interest to her. She picked through for a while but didn't eat much. I'm hoping she'll come back to it and try it again. So far, she's not much of a fan of it. Maybe larger birds would enjoy it since a lot of the contents are big.

The food looks like a great mix, but my bird just wasn't too interested. It smells fresh, looks good, and was packed nicely. The price is on point with the rest of the premium bird foods.

My ringneck goes for the bigger chunks of pistachios and pumpkin seeds first then eats the smaller pieces. It seems perfect for foraging too. I hide some of it in their forgaging box and there always excited when I get out the bag. Highly recommend

Our transition did not go smoothly at first, and I was feeling pretty defeated. Jennifer took the time to help us figure out a plan that made sense for my conure and our feeding routine, and it changed everything. Now my conure loves loves Essential Energy and I feel so good about feeding certified organic now. I can’t thank her enough for being so supportive.
